Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the beginning the visionof the founder is client’s value and
satisfaction as of his believing philosophy in business, this philosophy is crystal clear to
extend his dedication to explore more on the continuesgrowth of client’s and pursuit long
term objectives and commitments. The company is under the management of Mr. Hamad
Fahad Al-Awad as president and General Manager. Assisting him are highly experienced
engineers and technical people, with proven knowledge and expertise, both in the
management and actual implementation of project.
Since the inception of this company, it has contributed one way or the other the massive
development, especially in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance and other related
construction works here in Saudi Arabia.

Hamad Fahad Al-Awad General Contracting Co Ltd is a subsidiary of HACO is approved Sub-Contractor for Saudi Aramco & SEC.
Primarily our focus to execute Electro-mechanical & HVAC projects on lump Sum Turnkey
(LSTK) basis for the complete scope of Supply, Fabrication, Installation, and Testing &
Commissioning of the HVAC System complying with drawings, specifications & applicable
Standards. Fabrication & Installation of HVAC Duct & Stainless steel duct. Installation of
HVAC system such as Air Handling Units (AHU), Air Cooled Condensing Unit (ACCU), Air
Cooled Water Chiller (ACWC), Manual Volume Dampers, Motorized Volume Dampers (MVD),
Back Draft Damper (BDD), Motorized Fir Smoke Damper (MF/SD), Fire Damper (FD), Supply
& Return Grilles & Diffusers etc.
We facility and professionals to perform light testing for duct network, Hydrostatic testing of
Chilled water pipes such as PVC pre-insulated. Pre-commission and final commissioning of
the whole unit with all types of insulation and aluminum cladding will performed with our
own skilled manpower.
The above mentioned projects are executed as per SEC & Saudi Aramco Standards.
